Wagyu

The aesthetic concept of Wagyu follows the line of previous works by Gabriel Rico, specifically from the series Arquitectura, in which pieces of meat are shown to represent human presence. For the development of this project, Wagyu meat considered “the best meat in the World”– was taken as an aesthetic reference in its three variations: A5, A4, and A3. In these variations, the proportions of meat and fat can
be graphically appreciated.
